    Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, October 13, 2018 --( The extremely robust new DRC 2430 NDT flat panel detector has been specially developed for maximum portability and the harsh conditions of field radiography and can also be used with both X-rays and gamma sources.

    The heavy duty one-piece aluminum housing ensures maximum protection against the external environment with the unit being both dust-tight and waterproof (IP67 classification according to IEC 60529).

    Images produced by the DRC 2430 NDT feature both excellent contrast and industry-leading high resolution owing to the 76 μm pixel pitch. The active area of ​​23.3 x 29.1 cm and wide operating temperature range of 0 to 45 °C make the DRC 2430 NDT suitable for a large variety of inspection tasks and outdoor environments.

    Wireless data transmission takes place via an in-built WLAN access point (802.11n @ 5.2 GHz) and so no additional hardware is required to connect the detector to a WLAN-capable PC or local wireless network. The detector can of course also be used in a wired configuration via the Gigabit Ethernet network connection and optionally with a power supply. An integrated display provides a summary of the device status, including the current network configuration and battery state.

    The supplied high-performance lithium batteries provide an operating time of up to 4 hours, allowing hundreds of shots per charge, thus avoiding unnecessary workflow interruptions. The battery charge level can also be read anytime directly on the battery itself via LED indicators.

    The weight of just 3.2 kg makes the DRC 2430 NDT one of the lightest and most powerful industrial flat panel detectors in the NDT market.

    The accompanying D-Tect X-Ray inspection software fully supports the DRC 2430 NDT and provides necessary functions such as defect pixel mask creation as well as offset and gain calibration. Core functionality for image acquisition, analysis and reporting is of course provided within D-Tect, and in addition, DICONDE-compliant image data enables cross-system data exchange.

    Atlanta, GA, October 15, 2018 --( Most gospel greats began their journey to national recognition in a small church singing in the choir. Some singers even have had success after being background or lead vocals for other nationally known artist or ensembles. In the case of Steven Hickerson, these two factors would remain true.

    Steven Clark Hickerson is a chameleon at best compared to other artists in the gospel music industry. This well-known and multi-talented prodigy has gained success as a singer, musician, choir director, composer, and writer. His award-winning vocal genius began in his hometown of New Orleans, Louisiana. He began singing at the age of 4 with a kitchen as his stage, along with his mother & sister as a part of his act. Born to Sterling Sr. and Selena Hickerson, it was no surprise that he seemingly began to sing right out of the womb since both his parents were natural born singers. His parents took note of his interest in playing the piano at the age of 8. Although his father was a bit skeptical about Steven’s organist abilities early on, his paternal grandmother would always say “Let him play, because he knows exactly what he’s doing.”

    He continued his lessons with the Late Louise Gable of New Orleans. Choir direction wasn't far behind as he turned the age of 12 and began directing choirs at 2nd Mount Calvary. Performing with 2nd Mount Calvary at the New Orleans Heritage & Jazz Festival was just one of his many accomplishments while serving. At 15, he was rewarded with the title of “Minister of Music” there at his home church. In 2000, he later traveled with the choir under his direction to Lyon, France. His high school days were filled with opportunities to exercise his gifts/talents alongside his peers while deemed as student director of all the choirs. In 2001, he received the New Orleans Gospel Choice award for having the best high school choir in the city. Steven moved on as his career propelled him to a new position as Minister of Music at Bountiful Harvest Full Gospel Baptist church in 2002. This experience would prove to prepare him for his next move in career and ministry. It was around this time that the music that he so loved begin to purpose a real and Godly relationship for him at the age of 19.

    In 2005, Steven’s life seemingly detoured from many opportunities and life as he knew it in Louisiana due to Hurricane Katrina. He landed with family in Marietta, GA after several of his family and friends were displaced. After the dust settled, he is now living in Dallas, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. He begins visiting Grace Community Christian Church of Kennesaw, GA with his family members in 2005. While visiting Grace, he enrolled in Kennesaw State University where he later completed his B.A. in music degree. It didn’t take very long for Steven’s gift to make room for him there. Dr. Christopher Chappell, Pastor of Grace, took notice and hired Steven. There he served diligently as Chief Musician for 5 Years. He was recently promoted to Minister of Music in January 2011. In the Winter of 2012, he toured Europe as a featured vocalist and pianist with Sonya McGuire all over Italy.

    In 2018, Steven founded Gospel Renaissance Muzik Group, a production and music publishing company located in Atlanta, GA. With Steven Hickerson listed as the main artist on the roster, GRMG and Steven Hickerson has just released his new single entitled, “Reset” which is available on iTunes and Amazon music.     Houston, TX, October 15, 2018 --( Abrado announced today that it has completed its first use of the UltraClean Balanced (UCB) Displacement System for a major shelf operator in the Gulf of Mexico using its 200X chemicals.

    The UCB Displacement System is a simplified balanced displacement technique utilizing a single Wellbore Complete Spacer (WBC) built using only water, polymer, barite and 200X. The UCB Displacement System in a dry tree scenario is a single spacer. Subsea applications utilize a viscous spacer pumped behind the WBC to assist in removing debris in the riser. 200X is a patented wellbore displacement surfactant used for displacing water based, synthetic and oil based muds to clear brine fluids. It removes mud residue and solids from the wellbore, casing and other metal surfaces on the first application. Federal regulators have agreed that the “Balanced Direct Displacement” will be the preferred method for the GoM in the not so distant future. “Abrado demonstrated the value of its direct displacement technology by successfully performing the entire displacement
    operation including short trip in just over 24 hours thus saving the operator more than $200,000 in conventional direct displacement costs, disposal and rig time,” said Mike Rhodes Senior Technical Manager displacements for Abrado. A direct displacement was executed using Abrado’s UCB Displacement System. The displacement procedure was finalized on location and carried out with ZERO QHSE or NPT reports. Once the entire rig’s available completion fluid handling equipment was flushed with Abrado's Rig Wash, the WBC Spacer was mixed and pumped. Spacers returned to surface on time as planned and intact. Pumps were shut down and wellbore cleanout tools were short tripped to top riser brush. Service personnel and company supervisors commented that, “The Riser clean-out tools were perfectly clean.” The tools were then tripped back in hole to bottom and a full circulation was performed per Abrado procedure to ensure all debris was carried out of the well before shutting down.
