4-Time Jaguar Owner Takes Delivery from Crown Jaguar of First I-Pace in US

In a recent release announcing Jaguar North America's First Jaguar I-Pace Customer, Mr. Pascarella is asked a series of questions on his history with Jaguar vehicles, expectations of the I-Pace, experience with EV technology, and his experience with the Jaguar SV retailer that sold him the brand new 2019 I-Pace: Crown Jaguar.

"Crown Jaguar, in St. Petersburg has been phenomenal for us. The service I get from them is fantastic, and that made a big difference, too. They’re 35 miles from my house but I’ve bought four Jaguar vehicles from them including this I-PACE just because of the service level I get from those guys. The 2019 I-Pace breaks from tradition by being the first completely electric-driven vehicle available from the British automotive manufacturer. Its development has been delayed to fully implement key EV aspects, but it is now finally ready for sale to the general public and will be available in the near future at Crown Jaguar.

CUI's PQDE6W series is a family of 6 W isolated DC-DC converters featuring a 4:1 input voltage range, efficiency up to 88%, and a wide operating temperature from -40°C to +85°C. Available in board mount, chassis mount and DIN rail package types, all models offer single- or dual-regulated outputs.

CUI's latest motion solutions include the AMT21 series, a rugged, high accuracy absolute encoder outputting 12 bits or 14 bits of absolute position information with RS-485 communication. Thanks to its innovative capacitive platform, the series is not susceptible to contaminants such as dirt, dust, and oil that typically plague encoders in industrial environments.

AMT10 incremental encoders offer 16 programmable resolutions from 48 to 2048 PPR, simplifying the assembly process and reducing the time consuming tasks of mounting and alignment to mere seconds. The AMT10 features an operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, high accuracy, a compact package, and low current draw.

These DC blowers come as standard with auto restart protection on all models and feature airflows ranging from 2.6 CFM up to 54.7 CFM.

Story and Gameplay

The Witching Tower is a VR Action Adventure title set in a dark fantasy world. Fight and puzzle your way through a foreboding fortress tower, unraveling each level’s mysteries.

The player takes the role of Anna, a girl with a mysterious connection with the undead. For years, she’s been hunted by the Queen. Now Anna has been dragged in chains to the peak of the tower. By developing a natural language interface of this kind, a wide variety of human to computer interactions can be made accessible to a broad number of users, regardless of computer proficiency, age, or ability. Addition of a “personality” to the machine’s interface will seek to bring an experience to the user that encourages continued interaction with the machine and allows the software to better understand the user’s intentions the longer this interaction continues.

Lucky Labs: IT Companies Introduce a Corporate Social Responsibility Culture in Ukraine

Kyiv, Ukraine, October 29, 2018 --(PR.com)-- Corporate social responsibility became popular several decades ago. In the United States, large corporations, medium-sized and small businesses are engaged in social projects for the benefit of society.

In the Ukraine, corporate social responsibility (CSR) practice is still developing. Social activity is directed to the spheres of ecology, infrastructure development, organization of advanced training courses, etc. Another popular type of corporate social responsibility in the Ukraine is charity and material assistance upon request. All these activities are extremely important, but they are mostly short-term in nature as one-time assistance or participation in a project lasts several months.

Long-term social projects in commercial companies in the Ukraine are much less common. IT companies are the most active in this direction. This is a popular and promising activity in which many young people engage. The new generation of Ukrainians has been brought up on European values and is trying to bring a social component to companies’ activities.

"Social projects are an integral part of our company's activities and the lives of our employees. Few years ago, we decided to focus on youth development, provide children with opportunities for interesting and high-quality education to expand their horizons. This is how LuckyBooks project started. Within this project, we have been engaged in publishing and free distribution of popular science literature for teenagers in Ukrainian language for two years. At the moment, the project books are already represented in dozens of libraries in different regions of Ukraine. But we focus on the eastern regions of the country, where hostilities take place and it is much more difficult for children to develop. Our employees not only hand over books to these regions, but also regularly come to meet children in libraries and boarding schools with lectures and gifts," the press service of Lucky Labs, one of Top 15 largest IT-companies in Ukraine, says.

While publishing and distributing books, the company got to know the situation in Ukrainian libraries. The external and internal appearance of many libraries has not been changed since the 1980s. Lucky Labs joined a project to create an open space in the country's children's libraries as part of the Libraries of Future project. In one of the libraries, over which the company took patronage, there are regular free courses on programming for children.

"While taking part in projects related to book publishing and libraries, one of our employees offered to expand our activities and open board games rooms in libraries. Thus, the project #D20 appeared within which several children's game rooms were opened this year," the company’s press service informs.

The target audience of all these projects is schoolchildren. The company believes that it is at this age that children need to be given maximum opportunities to develop. Recently, Lucky Labs has begun working with students. This year, the company became a partner of the network of academic business incubators YEP! This initiative is aimed at developing youth entrepreneurship and supporting talented students who offer innovative ideas and startups.
